Andrew Bradley
Brand Architecture & Design

Andrew Bradley is the founder and director of Bradley Brand, one of Ireland’s leading brand strategy and design companies, specialising in the development of indigenous brands. Andrew has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary design teams to deliver a wide range of design solutions from creating new brand identities, to retail environments, to digital strategy.

Michael Cowan
Brand Strategy & Management

Michael Cowan is a brand marketing veteran, with expertise across all areas of the marketing mix, having led country marketing teams for some of the world’s biggest brands: including McDonald’s, Red Bull, Guinness, GE, and Pepsi. Educated at Victoria University in his hometown Wellington NZ, Michael has been based in Europe for the past 23 years. He is an experienced adjudicator and guest speaker on Brand Management and Integrated Marketing.

Paula McKenna
Creative & Brand Design

Paula McKenna joined the creative industry specialising in corporate identity and new brand/product development. Throughout her career she has successfully managed national and international accounts ranging from financial institutions and car manufacturers to retail and drink corporations. Paula has also designed directly for an impressive collection of blue chip companies.

Catherine Phibbs
Brand Communications

Catherine Phibbs has over 15 years experience working in branding, communications and digital marketing environments across a variety of platforms and sectors. With an Executive Masters in Marketing from Dublin City University, Catherine has managed and developed brand identities including promoting new corporate identities, rebrands and established brands across the private (Pigsback.com), public (Design & Crafts Council of Ireland) and third sector (Concern).
